Este año no fueron muchas las sorpresas, y se impuso la película “The Power of the Dog” (El poder del perro), con 12 nominaciones, seguida por «Dune» con 10, «Belfast» con 7 y “Amor Sin Barreras” con 7.
La ceremonia de entrega de los premios de la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas de Hollywood, más conocidos como los Premios Oscar se celebrará en Los Ángeles el próximo 27 de marzo y ya dijeron que contará con un/una Animador/a.
Chile no se quedó fuera y nos representa en la categoría de Mejor Cortometraje Animado, Hugo Covarrubias con «Bestia”.
